LOME is a collaborative brand operated by I Like It Here Club and The Woodbury Home. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
All LOME orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a separate notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
For international orders:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
LOME is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located:

Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure location.
LOME is not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
LOME is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Damaged Orders

We reserve the right to assess damage claims on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate resolution.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Certain LOME products may be offered as pre-orders or made-to-order items.
Estimated ship dates for these items will be clearly noted on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production timelines or supply chain delays.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Limitation of Liability
LOME, I Like It Here Club, and The Woodbury Home are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
