LOME is a collaborative brand operated by I Like It Here Club and The Woodbury Home. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy.
Quality Assurance
All LOME products are thoroughly inspected and quality-checked prior to shipment. We take great care to ensure each item meets our standards before it leaves our studio.
Because of this, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as LOME is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

LOME reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a refund if deemed appropriate.

Important Notes on Product Variation
Due to the nature of small-batch and handcrafted production, slight variations in finish, tone, texture, or patina are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and finish details carefully prior to purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting LOME may result in the denial of the dispute and restriction from future purchases.
We are always happy to help resolve issues directly.
Limitation of Liability
LOME, I Like It Here Club, and The Woodbury Home are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or return of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
